The orchards are at the heart of the family history for more than 130 years. From arboriculture, Pomone focuses on sublimating fruit into pastry. The first workshop was built in 1992, in the middle of the Loire Valley. Our know-how continuously expands: traditional pastry, tarts and individual desserts.
